Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours if not shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Return Eligibility

Returns accepted only for:

  • Damaged/defective product

  • Missing item

  • Accessories

  • Customised products

  • Clearance sale items

Refund Timeline

Refund issued within 3–7 business days after inspection of the returned product.

Replacement

If product is in stock, replacement will be prioritized instead of refund.

Return Shipping

  • If wrong/damaged item sent → Ladilac pays return shipping

  • Otherwise → customer pays return shipping
