Welcome to Ladilac (abrjmb-hz.myshopify.com). By using or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Products

Ladilac sells anti-tarnish jewellery & premium clothing. Colour/shine/size may vary due to lighting and screen resolutions.

2. Orders

Orders cannot be modified once dispatched. Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer may result in failed delivery.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are mentioned in INR and may change without notice. All payments are securely processed via Shopify-approved payment gateways.

4. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days. Delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on location. Courier delays are not in Ladilac’s control.

5. Return & Refund

All returns & refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Hygiene products such as jewellery are non-returnable, except if damaged on arrival.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, images & logos belong to Ladilac. Any unauthorized use will result in legal action.

7. Legal Identity

Ladilac is owned & operated by Proprietor – Amit Dubey.

8. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Indian jurisdiction only.
